Searching for the “right” wedding photographer can be very difficult. With all of the websites out there and pricing structures things can get complicated! It is easy to grow tired of all the packages, options, hourly rates, print prices, etc. Pricing details can be very confusing and take away from the “fun” of searching for the right wedding photographer.
We like to keep things simple. With that in mind, we offer a single base package that includes popular items you’d expect for a complete wedding package:
Base Package – $1100 + tax
Full coverage for the wedding day – Over the years we have found that clients prefer no time constraints for photographs. This allows you to relax and enjoy you wedding day without having to worry about how much coverage time you have left when compared to packages with time limits.
DVD of full size, full resolution images – While we don’t guarantee a specific amount of images, we typically end up with 600-1000+ images of each wedding. You receive ALL of these images on a DVD with a signed release form, allowing you to edit and/or print these images at your convenience.
180 4×5 proofs in a leather proof album – We select a good mixture of 180 images to print and put in a proof album for you. Additional proof albums can also be purchased.
10 8×10 units – To get you started with your re-order, we include 10 8×10 units. A unit can be broken down into (1) 8×10, (2) 5×7s, (4) 4×5s or (8) 2×3 wallets. You can also purchase additional units or a la carte prints as well.
Online gallery – After the wedding, we set up an online gallery for you and your guests to view your photos while waiting for the proofs to be printed. The gallery will be private and secure, allowing you to send a username and password to friends and family for access to the site. This is setup within two weeks after your wedding.
Engagement session – We include a 1 hour engagement session at the location of your choice as a way to get to know you prior to the wedding and have some great photos beforehand. You will receive all full size, full resolution photos taken on a DVD with a signed release form for printing.
As noted, this package includes ownership (and printing rights) of the full size, full resolution images taken straight from the camera (no post processing). Images will be 10 or 12 megapixels in size (JPEG format) and will be given to you on a DVD with a signed release form allowing you to make prints using the lab of your choice.
